'Fraud in cross-border e-commerce' is a report prepared by the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) which looks at scams faced by consumers when shopping online. The objective of this project is to highlight the problems and risks faced by consumers when shopping online and to provide them with tips and practical advice on how to avoid falling victim to scams.
