ECC Belgium is being taken over by another host. As this involves a lot of work, we have to temporarily close ECC for new complaints. Current complaints will continue to be processed.

  • Do you have a new complaint? Keep an eye on our website from the end of January 2026.
  • Do you have an ongoing query or complaint? We will keep you informed in the usual way.
  • Would you like to contact us by telephone? You can do so until Friday 5th of December. We will do our utmost to be available again as soon as possible, on a new phone number. We aim to be back on 19 January 2026.
